I have always wondered why we pay such a huge premium on the golf view units? Or for that matter why do architects plan these? Is it a package that is on offer? A package of a whole gamut of things, like a resort eco system, walk to greens, bike to work, plush club house with infinity pool, fresh breeze from the 300 acre greens, brand value of address, elite neighbourhood to mix with, You get Marriot, Boutique hotel from Four Seasons and anothe five star in the offing for choice of fine dining, golf training , a transition to a new lifestyle cult and lots more Would you wait for those premium golf facing units or buy the side and back units as against regular market offerings that are almost the same price and are not a part of such an eco system? Would you like to save money and book one while it is affordable and available for grabs? I am sure we all have budgets limitations and this may ne a good chance to live in the golf course!
